The MD Motormanagent Diesel Technology principally occupies of the development and elaboration of engines (whether Gasoline or Diesel).
In particular its know - how allows it to unwind with high professional and seriousness the following duties:
- Development of race engine ideal wheather in endurance races or sprint one
- Planning and realization of mechanical parts
- Planning and realization of mechanical parts through a CNC miller
- Building and assembly of prototype engines for the motor industry
- Trasformation of Lancia Delta Integrale 8V e 16V from series caes to Group A one
- Software development on the engine's test block
- Reverse engineering
- Measurement of mechanical parts through MITUTOYO instrumentation and creation of Data Sheets
- Modification and realization of valve seats through MIRA instrumentation
- Engineering and development of mechanical structures with the help of CAD programs
- Racetrack assistance with MAHTECHS data acquisition system to improve and to check the engine's performance during the races
Engine
The following engines represents the one which we had already developed and tested with success:
- 1.9 JTD Equipment for the following cars: ALFA ROMEO, FIAT, LANCIA, OPEL, CHEVROLET, SAAB
- 8V 205Hp 370Nm with DPF
- 8V 225Hp 440Nm with DPF
- 16V 210Hp 400Nm with DPF for Procar Serie
- 16V 250Hp 470Nm with DPF for 24h Nür/ETCS
- 16V 265Hp 512Nm with DPF for 24h Nür/ETCS
- 16V 273Hp 530Nm with DPF for WTCC (to develop)
- 2.4 JTD Allestimento per le seguenti vetture: ALFA ROMEO, FIAT, LANCIA
- 10V 250Hp 480Nm with DPF per 24h Nür
- 20V 300Hp 560Nm with DPF per 24h Nür
- 20V 362Hp 700Nm Prototype
Every engine after being assembled is put on the test block to run in.
Afterwards the software, if it already exists, will be adapted to the engine or it will be developed a new one.
On the test block, to make sure of a right operation of the engine and to warrant safeness to the client we use AVL and KISTLER strumentations.

Gearboxes
Now we are just developing a new transversal sequential 6 gear transmission. It can be mounted on front traction cars and has the following properties:
- Maximum input torque: 500Nm
- Maximum output torque: 5000Nm
- Input R.P.M.: 4500Rpm
It is possible to have a higher input torque (700Nm) using particular F1 materials.
